SHIPPING, EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

COURIERS PARTNERS:

International: DHL 

Please allow up to 2 working days to prepare all orders placed from Mondays to Fridays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday or any gazette holidays will be sent for processing on the next working day. During rush hours or delays in verification of information, orders can face temporary delays. Orders placed through online payment system have go through a fraud status check and once cleared by our payment processor will be processed further.

Payments has to be made in advance for all international order. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email contacting tracking information, be sure to check junk/spam folder as well. International orders shipping charges are based on destination, size and weight. Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable by the respective country’s officials will be borne by the customer.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Our customer support team will call you to confirm the order. Orders will be processed after the confirmation on call. For Cash on Delivery (COD) please pay the rider before opening the package.

The order delivery/dispatch may get delayed due to influx of orders during sales and new collection launches.

ONLINE PAYMENTS:

All the orders that are paid online will be processed once the payment has been verified which usually takes 2-3 working days. Once the payment is verified, the order will be dispatched.  

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Orders placed through credit card or any other online payment system have to go through a verification process, and once cleared by our payment processor will be processed further. If the verification results in failure, the order will be cancelled automatically. For cash on delivery orders, we follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum number of 6 confirmation calls in span of 6 days of time. If the order stays unconfirmed after said attempts of calls then it will be cancelled.
Orders can be cancelled upon customer’s request any time before they are processed, “Barrira” may cancel orders for any reasons which may include:

  • Out of stock items pricing or technical errors.
