  • Notification must be made within 7 days of delivery

    • With all tags and packaging intact

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)

  • Exchanges are not available for:

    • Sale/discounted items

    • Gift-with-purchase items

    • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (unless defective)

Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds are only provided for defective/damaged items

  • To qualify:

    • Email clear photos/video of the defect to help@barrira.com

    • Include your order details in the message

    • Our team may request additional verification

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
