REFUNDS:

We don’t offer refunds but in exceptional cases that includes:

• Out of stock (in case of online paid orders)
• Faulty products.
• We offer Store Credit that can be availed in a 6 months time during next purchase on our website: www.Barrirastore.com
• Payment may be returned in case of first above two cases to the same credit/ debit card through which the payment was done.

REPLACEMENT:

We offer replacement facility for the customers who wish to make replacement for their order. Keeping in mind;

• If there is any damage\defect in the article, or if the order is incomplete, company bears the delivery charges for the replacement order.
• If customer wishes to make an exchange due to any other reason, customer bears the delivery charges for the replacement order. 

ORDER CANCELLATION:

• You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply. Barrira may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution without any prior notice.
